Our store is located at 16 Halifax Street, Nelson next to the McKeown petrol station. Fully manned from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday you’re welcome to drop in. We’ll diagnose the issue and if possible fix it while you wait. If it requires something more we’ll arrange a time and date with you for pick up or we can deliver.
Visit you
Don’t worry about removing all of those cables from the back of your computer (or putting them back!). We’ll come to you and either fix on site or if needed take it back to our repair shop. When ready we’ll deliver to your home or business, connect it up and test to make sure everything is working as expected.
Our on-site visiting service is also perfect for those instances where we may need to evaluate your entire set-up, including attached devices (printer, modem, etc) cabling and network connectivity. Sometimes its not the computer that says no!
We can remote control you!
Wherever you are in NZ; Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Nelson we can remote control your computer to help you. This ensures we can fix your problem faster and cheaper as we don’t need to spend time travelling. Hey, at the same time we’re both saving the planet!
